Ingredients needed for Goan Spicy Pork Curry
500g Pork, cut in to small pieces
5 red chillies
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 cup onion, sliced
1 tbsp ginger, chopped
5 garlic flakes, chopped
3 tbsp vineger
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
5 tbsp oil
Salt as per your taste
How to prepare Goan Spicy Pork Curry?
Mix the pork with vinegar, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Keep aside for half an hour.
Grind the dry red chillies, sliced onions, chopped ginger and garlic to get a smooth fine paste. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add the pork mix. Simmer and saute for about 5 minutes.
Now add the ground masala paste and mix well with the meat.
Add enough hot water to cover the meat and cook till the pork is tender and the gravy is thick.
Serve along with pulaos, rice, phulka etc.
