Chicken Vada

Ingredients needed for Chicken Vada, a tamilnadu recipe
1 cup Chicken boneless
1 cup small onions
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 cup bread crumbs
1 Egg white well beaten
Oil as needed to fry

How to prepare Chicken Vada, a tamilnadu recipe?
Peel and chop the small onions in to pieces.
Grind Chicken in a mixer to a smooth paste.
Add garam masala powder, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and salt to the ground chicken paste.
Mix it throughly so that the masala combines well with chicken. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Then divide the mix in to small potions and shape into balls or vadas.
Dip the balls in the beaten egg white and then roll in the bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. When it is hot put in these vadas one by one and deep fry them to a golden colour. Drain in a kitchen towel and then serve with tomato sauce.
