Prawns in Chilli garlic sauce, Indo Chinese recipe


Ingredients needed for Prawns in Chilli garlic sauce?
3 cups Prawns, cleaned and deveined
1 cup chopped spring onions
1/2 cup capsicum cubed
2 Slit green chillies
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 pinches Ajinomoto
1 cup tomato pieces crushed nicely 
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil as needed

How to prepare Prawns in Chilli Garlic Sauce?
Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a fry pan. Add chopped spring onion, slit green chillies and the turmeric powder to the pan and saute till the onions turn colour. 
Now add the ginger and garlic pastes Saute for a few minutes. 
Add crushed tomatoes with the chilli powder, prawns, salt, capsicum, ajinomoto to it and cook for some minutes. 
Let the gravy thicken and the prawns are tender.
Serve along with Noodles or fried rice.
