Ingredients needed for Egg / Mutta Dosa
2 cups idli / Dosa Batter
1 tbsp small / Sambar onions finely chopped
1 tsp green chillies finely chopped
4 eggs Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
1 tsp curry leaves chopped
oil for preparing the Egg / Mutta Dosa
How to prepare Egg / Mutta Dosa?
Crush onions, green chillies curry leaves with salt and pepper powder to taste.
Break and add the eggs one by one in to the onion mix . Beat well and keep aside.
Heat a Dosa tava, spread the Dosa Batter thinly on the tava. When the dosa gets half cooked, spread the egg mixture on top of the dosa.
Apply a little oil on top of the eggs and around the dosa.
When the egg gets cooked, slowly and gently flip the dosa with the egg, to let it cook the other side.
Remove and serve hot.
