Kannimanga Pachadi



Ingredients needed for Kannimanga Pachadi
1 cup small sized, tender mangoes, cut in to pieces
2-3 green chillies ( as per taste )
1/2 cup fresh curds
1 tsp Mustard powder or crushed mustard
1 cup grated coconut
Salt to taste

How to prepare Kannimanga Pachadi?
Slightly crush chopped mangoes and green chillies together with salt to taste.
Grind grated coconut to a smooth fine paste , add crushed mustard and mix well.
Mix all the ingredients and blend well.
Serve with hot steaming rice and vegetables as a side dish.
