How to prepare Kuzhambu Milaghai Thool?

KUZHAMBU PODI:

Ingredients needed for Kuzhambu Milaghai Thool
750 grams whole coriander seeds
25 grams dry red chillies
125 grams Tur dal
50 grams channa dal
25 grams peppercorns
25 grams cumin seeds
1tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp raw rice
1 tsp saunf

How to prepare Kuzhambu Milaghai Thool?
Dry roast all the ingredients separately to golden brown. Let cool.
When cooled, grind them to a fine powder.
Cool to the room temperature and store in air tight containers.
