Garlic Coconut Chutney



Ingredients needed for Garlic Coconut Chutney
Oil – 1 tsp
Dried red chilies – 6 – 7
Garlic – 7 – 8 medium cloves, cut into thin rounds
Grated coconut – 1 cup, packed
Salt – To taste

How to prepare Garlic Coconut Chutney? 
Heat 1 tsp oil in a small pan. Fry dry red chilies and drain.
Next fry chopped garlic until golden brown. Cool down and grind them along with grated coconut and salt to a fine paste adding little water if required. Enjoy with idli / dosa.
