Ajwaini Roti


Ingredients needed for Ajwaini Roti
1 cup atta
1/2 tsp ajwain
2 tsps oil
Salt to taste
ghee for cooking

How to prepare Ajwaini Roti?
Knead atta, ajwain, 2 tsps oil and salt to taste together with enough water to make a soft pliable dough.
keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough in to 4 balls and then roll out thicker chappathies.
Fry them on a hot tava adding ghee to the sides so that the roti comes out crispy.
Serve hot with raita, pickles and spicy side dish.
