2 green chillies, chopped nicely

How to prepare Chilli Garlic Potatoes?
First you have to wash, peel and cut the potatoes into long fingers at about 2 long.
Take a microwave safe bowl with cover, place the potato fingers in the bowl, cover and steam at high power for 8 minutes  at least. See if the potatoes are just cooked. Keep aside to cool.
Take another microwave safe bowl and microwave butter / oil at high power for about half a minute.
Add chopped garlic, onions and green chillies to it and microwave at high power for 2 minutes.
Now add the cooked potatoes mix well.
Add cornflour, mixed in half a cup of cold water, along with soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, red colour, salt and pepper to the cooked potatoes.
Cover and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes at high power. Stir well in between and allow to stand for 5 more minutes.
Serve hot along with fried rice and noodles.
