Inji Thayiru / Ginger Pachadi in curds


Ingredients needed for Inji Thayiru
1 cup curds ( beaten )
2 tbsps minced ginger
2 small onions minced
2 green chillies minced
Salt to taste

Tempering Ingredients 
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 red chilli broken into small bits 

How to prepare Inji Thayiru?
Mix all the ingredients except the curds. Crush them nuicxely with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
Mix in the curds.
Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds. Add broken red chilli pieces.
Saute till the chilli bits turn dark. Pour over the pachadi and mix well.
Serve with Rice, Sambar etc. as a side dish for a sadya.
