Oats Pulao


Ingredients needed for Oats Pulao
1 cup Oats
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsps carrot, chopped
1 tbsp shelled Green Peas
1/2 cup Onions chopped
1 green chilli chopped
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsps ghee
1 Clove
1 Cardamom
1 piece Cinnamon – a small piece
Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves chopped for garnishing

How to prepare Oats Pulao?
Soak the oats in boiling hot water for 2 minutes and drain well.
Heat ghee in a pan over medium flame.
Add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom, fry for a few seconds.
Add the onions, peas, carrots, green chillies and tomatoes.
Saute for a minute or two.
Add red chilli powder, salt and oats.
Stir well and cook for a minute.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Chutney.
