Ingredients needed for Nethili meen fry
250 grams Fresh Anchovy / Nethili Meen
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
2 tsps Chilli powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Rice Flour
How to prepare Nethili meen fry?
Take fresh nethili / anchovies and clean them well.
Add salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, rice flour, egg, lemon juice to it.
Apply the mix all over the nethili fish and keep aside for about half an hour.
Heat oil for deep frying.
Drop these fish little by little in hot oil and fry till golden.
Remove and drain them in paper towel.
Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice.
