Tangy Tomato Chicken

Ingredients needed for Tangy Tomato Chicken
2 cups chopped chicken, boneless
2 cups finely chopped tomatoes
7 green chillis
1/2 tsp turmeric powder -
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste

Ingredients needed for tempering
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp fennel / saunf
1 piece cinnamon
2 cloves
Coriander leaves
curry leaves

How to prepare the recipe of tangy Tomato Chicken?
Mix all the ingredients together with the chopped chicken pieces. Leave it for half an hour.
Cook till the chicken is tender and the masala gets dried up. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, put in all the tempering ingredients .
When it starts spluttering add the cooked chicken pieces with the masala. Mix well.
Serve with steaming rice, Chappathies, rotis etc as a side dish.
