Ingredients needed for Pavaikka Kichadi
1 mediium sized pavaikka / Bittergourd, minced fine
Coconut oil as needed to fry the bitter gourds
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
little curry leaves
How to prepare Pavaikka Kichadi?
Fry minced pavaikka in coconut oil till they are golden.
Add chopped green chillies to this and fry till thechillies are fried. Keep aside.
Just before serving, add beaten curds and saltto taste.
Heat aoil in a pan, spluttermustard seeds, broken chillies and curry leaves.
Pour over Kichadi and serve.
