Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients needed for Paneer Bhurji
2 cups paneer
2 onions
1 capsicum
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp ginger chopped
2 green chillies
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp jeera
2 tbsps oil
Salt to taste

How to prepare Paneer Bhurji? 
Heat oil in a pan. Splutter jeera and then add chopped onions, green chillies to it.  
Stir well and saute till they turn transparent.
Now add chopped capsicum, stir well.
Add coriander leaves with salt to taste.along with the masala powders and lime juice.  
Stir once or twice and cook till all the ingredients blend well and get mushy. 
Be careful to see that the gravy does not burn or stick at the bottom..
Add the crumbled paneer and mix well.
Stir fry for about a minute or two,  or till they get dry.
Serve hot with Phulkas, Roti or Naan .

Points to Note: 
Instead of lime juice, you can also add chopped tomatoes
If you would like to make it more nutritious you can add chopped carrots, green peas etc.
