Nadan Beef Fry

Ingredients needed for Nadan Beef Fry
1 cup chopped beef, boneless
1 cup chopped small onions
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Handful curry leaves chopped
1 small piece / 1 tsp chopped ginger
Oil as needed

How to prepare Nadan Beef Fry?
In a pressure pan, add the meat pieces, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli powder with enough water.
Cook at least for three whistles or more if you feel the meat is little hard. Or You can bring the pressure cooker to one whistle and then simmer for 20 minutes for the meat to cook tender.
Heat oil in a fry pan, add onions, ginger, and chopped curry leaves. When the onions turn golden add the cooked meat and mix well.
Add salt and simmer for a while or till the gravy dries up. Sprinkle pepper powder on top and remove from fire.
Serve hot with anything you like.
