How to prepare Beef Koorka Ularthu?
Cut the meat in to small pieces. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, a litttle salt to the beef with a little water. Mix well and cook in  a pressure cooker. After the first whistle simmer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Crush red chillies, onions and garlic together and keep aside. Don't grind it to a paste. Just a turn or two in a mixer is enough.
Heat oil in a fry pan / Kadai. Add the crushed chilli masala and fry well.
Then add the curry leaves and mix well.
Add the cooked beef with the liquid in to the pan. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Add the cleaned Koorka and the chopped coconut to it, mix well
Cover and cook till the Koorka gets soft and the water dries up.
Pour a teaspoon coconut oil on top and mix well
Sprinkle a few fresh curry leaves and a spoon garam masala over the fry and mix well.
Serve with roti / pulao / plain rice etc
