Peshawari Kadai Mutton

Ingredients needed for Peshawari Kadai Mutton
1/2 kilo mutton, cut in to small pieces
3 tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup fresh curds
1/2 bunch coriander leaves chopped
4-5 green chillies chopped
2tsp ginger paste
1tsp garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp red chilli coarsely grounded
salt to taste 
1/2 cup oil

How to prepare Peshawari Kadai Mutton?
Saute meat in karahi without oil till the moisture dries up in the meat.
Then add ginger garlic paste, mix well for a minute and add fresh beaten curds. Mix well
Now add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste. Mix well .
Add chopped green chillies and tomatoes and a cup of water to cook the meat.
Simmer and cover the pan and let it cook till the meat gets soft.
Now add oil and simmer for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and slit green chillies .
Serve with Parathas / Pulaos.
