Ribbon Pakkavada


Ingredients needed for Ribbon Pakkavada?
1 cup gram flour / Besan
1/2 cup raw rice flour
chilli powder to taste
salt to taste
a pinch of asafoetida
oil for deep frying

How to prepare Ribbon Pakkavada? 
Mix besan, rice flour, chilli powder, salt to taste and asafoetida well.
Add a little water to prepare a thick paste.
Prepare ribbon pakkavada with the murukku maker. You just have to put the ribbon chip at the bottom.
Press the mould and prepare ribbon like long pakkavadas also known as ribbon murukku.
